With more than 20 years of experience in construction accounting and financial management, Shelly Shipman brings an exceptional depth of knowledge to her role at RVision Homes. Growing up surrounded by the construction industry, she spent countless hours on job sites alongside family and often joking that she learned to read by studying construction plans. That lifelong exposure to homebuilding gave her a unique understanding of the industry and laid the foundation for a career dedicated to supporting construction companies through strong financial leadership.
As RVision Homes’ Controller, Shelly oversees the company’s financial operations, ensuring every aspect of the accounting process is handled with accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. From managing financial reporting and budgeting to overseeing job costing, vendor relationships, and day-to-day accounting operations, her expertise helps keep every project running smoothly behind the scenes. Her extensive experience in both construction accounting and operational process improvement allows the RVision team to focus on building exceptional custom homes while knowing the financial side of every project is in capable hands.
Shelly takes great pride in being part of a company that values integrity, craftsmanship, and lasting relationships. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family exploring art or car shows, making memories with close friends, and finding any excuse for a road trip to escape the Texas summer heat. Having lived in 5 states and traveled to more, she brings a broad perspective, genuine appreciation for people, and a lifelong passion for learning, qualities that make her a valued member of the RVision Homes family.
