For T. Bailey, homebuilding isn’t just a career — it’s a family legacy. His father, a respected custom homebuilder in the Houston area, began teaching him the craft at an early age. By the early 1990s, T. was working full-time alongside his father before moving on to gain valuable experience in large-scale production building. Just a few years later, he returned to the family business, where he and his brother partnered with their father to build homes in some of the region’s most notable master-plannedcommunities.
When his father retired in 2020, T. brought his decades of experience to RVision Homes, where he has proudly served as a Construction Manager since 2021. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day construction of homes throughout Magnolia and the surrounding rural areas — ensuring every build meets RVision’s high standards of quality and craftsmanship. From coordinating with trade partners and supervising crews to monitoring timelines, conducting site inspections, and problem-solving in real time, T. plays a vital role in bringing each client’s vision to life.
