With over 16 years of experience in the Title Industry — 14 of those as an Escrow Officer and Office Manager — Amanda Owen brings unmatched expertise to her role as RVision Homes’ Starts & Closing Coordinator. Her connection to RVision began long before she officially joined the team; as Ryan Rogers’ preferred Escrow Officer, Amanda closed everything from speculative homes to Build on Your Lot construction loans. When her longtime firm retired its practice, Amanda transitioned seamlessly into RVision, where she has proudly served homeowners for over seven years.

At RVision, Amanda is the trusted guide who ensures every build starts on the right foot. From the moment a contract is signed, she manages the critical first steps: ordering surveys and soil tests, coordinating design meetings, finalizing plans, and securing engineering, septic design, county/city permits, and HOA/ACC approvals. She also works directly with construction lenders to finalize loans and ensures each client is fully prepared for their pre-construction meeting.

Her diligence, organization, and deep industry knowledge make the process smooth and stress-free for homeowners — ensuring that when construction begins, everything is ready to move forward without delay.
