Jamie Frazier is the heart of RVision Homes’ customer care experience. With over a decade in the homebuilding industry — including eight years in flooring and warranty scheduling — she brings both expertise and empathy to her role as Customer Care Advisor.

Her path to RVision was a natural one. While leading warranty and scheduling teams for a flooring company, Jamie frequently worked alongside RVision Homes and developed a strong respect for the company’s values and commitment to quality. That connection eventually inspired her to join the team, where she’s proudly served homeowners since 2023.

Today, Jamie manages the entire post-closing care process, from sending personalized homeowner packets and coordinating 30-day walk-throughs to scheduling service requests, landscaping installs, and even cabinet layout reviews before construction begins. Her diligence ensures no detail is overlooked, and her approachable nature provides every homeowner with confidence and peace of mind.

At RVision Homes, Jamie isn’t just coordinating service — she’s building relationships, making sure each family continues to feel the care and craftsmanship that define the RVision name.
