For Justin Griffin, construction has been a part of his life for as long as he can remember. Growing up in a family of builders, he learned the trade at an early age and developed the skills and dedication that would become the foundation of his career. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, he brings unmatched expertise and leadership to his role as Vice President of Construction at RVision Homes.

Before joining RVision, Justin spent several years working as a professional floor and tile installer, later owning and operating his own remodeling company for eight years. His background in both trade work and business ownership gave him a deep understanding of craftsmanship, project management, and what it takes to deliver quality results.

Justin became part of the RVision Homes team in 2014 as a Construction Manager and quickly proved himself as a leader. His dedication and skill earned him promotions to Area Construction Manager and ultimately to Vice President of Construction, where he now oversees all construction operations. In his role, Justin organizes and schedules trade companies, assists with material sourcing and partnerships, helps deliver payroll, and manages both construction managers and active job sites. He also leads site preparation walks to determine land development costs and hosts pre-construction meetings with clients — ensuring their vision is clearly understood and flawlessly executed.

Known as the “backbone” of the construction team, Justin provides invaluable guidance not only to homeowners but also to the trade partners and crews that bring each project to life. With countless construction licenses and decades of networking across the industry, he has built strong relationships with trusted trade professionals, ensuring RVision Homes continues to deliver stunning, high-quality homes.
