With over 13 years of experience in construction accounting, Nicole Kerchner brings both accuracy and dedication to her role at RVision Homes. Her career began in the commercial construction sector, where she spent a decade mastering the financial systems that keep large-scale projects on track. In 2022, she transitioned into residential homebuilding — joining RVision Homes to bring her expertise to the world of custom luxury homes.

As RVision’s Controller, Nicole oversees all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in every transaction. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, her diligence plays a vital role in keeping projects running smoothly and supporting both our team and our homeowners. From producing financial statements to processing payments, Nicole’s attention to detail helps ensure the financial side of building is as seamless as the construction process itself.
