For Brian Blanchard, successful homebuilding comes down to thoughtful planning, strong relationships, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Throughout his 25+ year career in residential and custom home construction, Brian has developed an extensive understanding of the building process, from pre-construction and site preparation to project management and final delivery. His experience leading teams, managing custom builds, and working directly with homeowners allows him to bring confidence, practical expertise, and a solutions-focused mindset to every RVision Homes project.
Throughout his career, Brian has built a reputation for strong leadership and attention to detail. As a previous owner and general contractor of his own construction company, he managed everything from estimating and subcontractor coordination to job-site supervision, budgets, and schedules. His previous experience also includes managing Build On Your Land projects and navigating the unique challenges of rural building.
At RVision Homes, Brian uses that well-rounded experience to keep projects moving forward with precision and care. He understands that exceptional homebuilding requires proactive communication, building relationships with trusted trades, thoughtful problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to quality. His goal is to make sure homeowners feel confident throughout the process while ensuring every home reflects the craftsmanship and standards RVision is known for.
Outside of work, Brian’s favorite role is being a proud dad to his daughter. He’s also a dedicated Texas Longhorns fan, proudly cheering on his alma mater, The University of Texas. When he’s not on a jobsite, Brian enjoys spending time with his daughter and catching a Longhorn game whenever he gets the chance, family and burnt orange are always close to his heart.
