A Houston-area native born and raised in Cypress, Cody Schroder brings more than 11 years of construction and purchasing management experience to his role as Purchasing Manager at RVision Homes. His background combines operational organization, construction coordination, and financial management, giving him a strong understanding of the planning and systems required to keep residential construction projects running efficiently.
Cody began his career in 2010, working for a utility provider, where he supported purchasing operations, organized accounts payable and receivable, and assisted with daily operational coordination. In 2015, he expanded his industry knowledge by joining a construction company as a Construction Assistant, helping leadership at his company with bidding on new construction projects, monitoring expenses, and supporting cash flow management throughout active projects.
While gaining hands-on field experience, Cody also pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a Minor in General Business in May of 2017. Following graduation, he further developed his expertise as a Purchasing Analyst for a residential homebuilder, where he managed purchase orders, coordinated with vendors and trade partners, analyzed cost-effective residential selections, and ensured materials and schedules aligned with construction timelines.
Since joining RVision Homes in May of 2026, Cody has become a valued part of the team, bringing a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to every project. His ability to coordinate purchasing, scheduling, and vendor relationships helps support RVision’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and a seamless building experience for homeowners. By helping ensure materials, pricing, and trade coordination are properly aligned before construction begins, Cody plays an important role in creating an efficient process that allows clients to move confidently through the building journey with clarity and peace of mind.
Outside of work, Cody enjoys cheering on the Houston Astros (“Let’s go team!”), spending time on the golf course, and making memories with his close-knit family.
