Step 2: Construction

• Temporary electricity
• Lot preparation/clearing
• Building pad laid and tested (for compaction in preparation for foundation)
• Water: Tap/Well
• Forms set for the foundation
• Sewer pipes added
• Beams, barriers, post-tension, and rebar
• Final forms
• Inspection
• Concrete is poured
• Framing
• Sheeting, siding, walls, windows, and exterior doors
• Roof decking, shingles
• Plumbing pipes (walls and attic), water heater
• HVAC
• Electrical wiring
• Exterior painting
• Exterior brick/stone/stucco/siding
• Sheetrock/tape and float
• Cabinets
• Interior painting
• Septic installation (if applicable)
• Countertops and tile
• Pour driveway
• Install light fixtures and outlets
• Flooring (carpet and/or wood)
• Final Grade/Code inspection with TRCC elevations

Step 3: Closing
