There’s a lot that goes into purchasing land. RVision Homes is here to guide you through the process which includes: site evaluation, preparing the land, boundary survey, architectural fees, design fees, septic permits, septic design, septic system installation, foundation engineering, structural engineering, house pad, house pad fill dirt, geotechnical soil testing, underground electrical, pad fill plastic limit reports, pad fill liquid limit reports, budget schedule, draw schedule, plans bank review, ACC/HOA plans, ACC/HOA application fees, and more.

Turn-key

We are a turn-key custom builder and we implement everything from lending to utility, to HOA, permitting, and other full-service features including a free site evaluation.

These features range from high efficiency 80% AFUE forced air gas furnace, low E-2 Insulated double pane vinyl windows, Honeywell VisionPro Programmable Thermostats, Radiant Barrier roof decking, high-efficiency attic ventilation system, attic walls in common with living area— sheathed for high efficiency, R22 -30 fiberglass blown insulation in ceilings & sloped ceilings, R12 fiberglass batt insulation in exterior walls, poly-foam sealant applied at all windows and exterior wall openings and more.
