The HOA wouldn't give me blank forms before our closing so I could get a jump on having a fence installed. Justin and Mandi not only got the forms but got the HOA approval for the fence for us before closing. I had a small issue and sent an email at 7am thinking someone would call me in the afternoon but no...I had a call back within 15 minutes.
